I'm getting this error after maintenance.
After logging in, and just before characters screen, game stops and I get an error window:
"Critical Error (Physics) Pending data load error (8965528 - c000000000d52e5)"
Please help

I got this error too. Will give repair a whirl.
update: running repair now has me downloading 6GB of stuff!
update: repair + dl fixed it
